6. INFORMATION SUBMITTED ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL

In connection with senior living placement, referral, and related services, Tilladelse may receive personal information regarding an individual from a family member, caregiver, legal guardian, authorized representative, agent under a power of attorney, spouse, adult child, or other person acting on that individual’s behalf.

6.2. Such information may include contact information, care preferences, housing needs, service requirements, or other information relevant to identifying appropriate senior living communities or service providers.

6.3. By submitting information regarding another individual through our Services, the submitting party represents that they have the authority to provide such information and to permit Tilladelse to use and disclose such information as described in this Privacy Policy.

6.4. Tilladelse may rely upon information provided by family members, caregivers, and authorized representatives in providing services, evaluating placement opportunities, responding to inquiries, and facilitating communications with senior living communities and service providers.

6.5. Individuals who submit information on behalf of another person are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date to the best of their knowledge.

6.6. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as limiting any privacy rights that may be available to the individual whose information is submitted, including rights available under applicable privacy laws.

7. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

7.1. We may disclose personal information to senior living communities, senior care providers, and related organizations in connection with requested services, referrals, and placement opportunities.

7.2. We may disclose personal information to service providers that assist with website hosting, data storage, customer relationship management, communications, analytics, security, advertising, and business operations.

7.3. We may disclose personal information to advertising, analytics, attribution, audience management, and programmatic advertising providers, including demand-side platforms (DSPs), that assist with campaign measurement, targeted advertising, audience creation, and marketing optimization.

7.4. We may disclose personal information to professional advisors, auditors, insurers, and legal counsel.

7.5. We may disclose personal information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

8.4. Tilladelse may use server-side tracking and conversion measurement technologies, including Meta Conversions API (CAPI), Google Enhanced Conversions, and similar technologies, to improve advertising attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, and marketing effectiveness.

8.5. Certain disclosures of personal information for targeted advertising may constitute “sharing” under California law and similar state privacy laws.

9. DATA RETENTION

12.4. We may require documentation reasonably necessary to verify the authority of an individual acting on behalf of another person before responding to a request.

12.5. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

13. DO NOT SELL OR SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION

13.1. Certain advertising and marketing activities may constitute the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

13.2. Individuals may opt out of such activities by:

13.2.1. Using our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link;

13.2.2. Adjusting cookie preferences through our Cookie Preferences Center;

13.2.4. Using a recognized Global Privacy Control signal where supported.

15.1. Our Services are not directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age.

15.2. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen (16) years of age.
